Maple Vinaigrette Dressing
This deliciously sweet and tangy Maple Vinaigrette Dressing is perfect for Autumn salads. In our case, tailor made for our Kale Broccolini Butternut Squash Salad. Made with just a few simple pantry ingredients and you will have a tasty, tangy, sweet dressing good for all of your cruciferous salads.
This is a super simple and quick Maple Vinaigrette dressing to make. I do recommend White Balsamic Vinegar which I buy at Trader Joe’s, but you can find it on Amazon. Also, you need to use real Maple Syrup or else you will not get the flavor and consistency.
This dressing is excellent for all those hearty Autumn Salads. I use this recipe in two, popular recipes. Kale Broccolini Butternut Squash Salad and the sister recipe, Kale Broccolini Salad which simply omits the Butternut squash.
If you don’t like Kale and nuts and all the fuss, this dressing can also be used on Spring Greens with some Roasted beets and Feta or on a Spinach Salad with your choice of toppings. The flavor is a great choice for an Autumn Salad to accompany Roast Chicken or a nice Pork Loin.
Now go find a jar and add the 4 simple pantry ingredients and shake away!
Voilà! Delicious!
