Orange Honey Dressing
We are lucky to have good citrus fruit year around in Los Angeles. It’s a staple in my kitchen. This Orange Honey Dressing is light, naturally sweet and a breeze to make. This also doubles as an excellent marinade for chicken or fish. But this beauty was tailor made for my Orange Fennel Salad with just a few simple ingredients and this sunny dressing awaits.
This easy citrus vinaigrette recipe calls for Champagne Vinegar. This is not easy to find, and it can be pricey. But, there is always a but, it’s absolutely delicious. It’s a very delicate flavor that I highly recommend for recipes where you want a lighter taste profile. My hand’s down favorite for taste and price is California made O Olive Oil and Vinegar. To my surprise and delight, I found it in in my local Smart and Final grocery store. And needless to say, beyond thrilled. So if you can find it, I highly recommend it for the recipe.
Enjoy!
